If your student intends to participate in tryouts for an OJR PIAA Spring Sports team please read the information below. 

OJR PIAA Spring Sports for High School students include Baseball, Softball, Boys and Girls Track & Field, Boys and Girls Lacrosse, and Boys Tennis.  The start date for High School sports is 3/22. 

OJR PIAA Spring Sports for Middle School students include Baseball, Softball, Boys and Girls Track & Field, and Girls Lacrosse. The start date for Middle School Sports is 3/29.  

Prior to the start of each season, every student-athlete must:

1.      Register or Re-register on FamilyID 

2.      Submit a PIAA Section 6 CIPPE Physical Form for their 1st sports season only

3.      Complete a current Impact Baseline Assessment if needed

Please follow the links below to complete your registration for your spring sport.  If you have already completed a registration form for a Fall or Winter sport please use the same email address to resubmit your registration for your next season.

Completed PIAA Physical for 1st contact sport:

Once registration is complete, please submit your PIAA Section 6 to Elizabeth Hoffecker, ATC.   It may be emailed to:  EHOFFECKER@OJRSD.NET      Or Mailed to:  Owen J Roberts Athletic Department, Attention Elizabeth Hoffecker,  Pottstown PA 19465.

Baseline Impact Test Assessment:

If your Impact test is NOT up to date you will receive an email from Mrs.Hoffecker or Ms. Martin with a private link to complete your baseline assessment virtually.  All 7th, 9th, 11th-grade student-athletes are required to have a new baseline assessment completed for their 1st contact sports season.  If a current 8th, 10th or 12th-grade student did not participate in a contact sport last school year, they must also have a new baseline assessment completed. Spring contact sports requiring Impact Test Baseline Assessments are Baseball, Softball, Track and Field pole vaulting only, Boys and Girls Lacrosse.
